Terms of Service
The rules for using Nuevo — the platform for building, playing, and remixing interactive mini-apps.
1. Accepting these terms
By accessing or using Nuevo you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Content Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Nuevo.
You can browse and play apps as a guest. Some actions — uploading, remixing, reacting, saving, following, and commenting — require an account.
2. Who can use Nuevo
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. If you are under 18, you may use Nuevo only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Your account
Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Content Policy.
4. Your content and the license you grant
You keep ownership of the apps and content you upload. You grant Nuevo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and let others play and — where you allow it — remix your content, so the platform can operate.
You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to upload and share it.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow our Content Policy. Do not upload illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content, and do not attempt to break the play sandbox, harvest other users' data, or disrupt the service.
6. Remixing and intellectual property
Nuevo supports remixing: an app can be the basis of a new app, and lineage is tracked. Only remix and upload content you have the right to use. We respond to valid intellectual-property complaints and may remove infringing content.
7. Moderation and termination
We may review, hide, remove, or restrict content, and suspend or terminate accounts, to enforce these terms and our Content Policy. Where appropriate you may appeal a decision (see the Content Policy).
8. Third-party apps and disclaimers
Apps on Nuevo are created by users and run in a sandbox. They are not endorsed by Nuevo, and you use them at your own risk. Nuevo is provided “as is” without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuevo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or user content.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make material changes we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of the country where you live.
