Child Safety Standards

Nuevo has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This content and conduct is prohibited everywhere on Nuevo, and we act quickly to remove it and report it.

Any content, app, or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or facilitates the abuse of a minor. This includes CSAM, grooming, enticement, sextortion, and the trafficking or solicitation of minors.

Nuevo is not directed to children under 13, and accounts are limited to users who are at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in their country).

We require a minimum age to create an account, run all apps in a locked sandbox, and screen content at publish time against a keyword safety list and an optional automated classifier. Reports from users are reviewed by our team.

Anyone — including guests — can report a post, comment, or profile using the report action in the ••• menu. You can also email support@nuevosound.com with the details, and we will act on it.

We remove violating content, terminate the accounts responsible, and preserve relevant evidence. We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the applicable regional and national authorities, as required by law, and we cooperate with law enforcement.

We comply with the applicable child safety laws in the regions where Nuevo operates, and we update these standards as our product and the law evolve.
