Account information you provide (such as email, handle, and display name), the content you upload, and engagement you generate (reactions, comments, saves, follows).

Usage and technical data: views, plays, play time, device and browser information, an IP address, and a session identifier. We also read attribution parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) and referrer when present.

You can browse and play without an account. For guests we use a session identifier and basic analytics to run and measure the service — no account is required to play.

To operate Nuevo, show your creator stats (“Fame”), recommend apps, measure traffic and performance, keep the platform safe, and comply with the law.

We use a session cookie/identifier and attribution parameters to make sharing and analytics work. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it with service providers that help us run Nuevo (for example hosting and screenshot generation) under confidentiality obligations, and where required to comply with the law or protect users.

We keep account data while your account is active. Aggregate analytics and result snapshots may be retained for product metrics. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data.

You can access, correct, or delete your information, and object to certain processing. Contact us at support@nuevosound.com to exercise these rights.

Nuevo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us at support@nuevosound.com and we will remove it.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We may update this policy; the date below reflects the latest version.
